1. Check the vehicle's load-bearing capacity
Refer to the vehicle manual: Confirm the maximum load-bearing capacity of the roof. Generally, the roof of a sedan can bear about 50-75kg, while an SUV can bear about 75-100kg.

Calculate the total weight: including the self weight of the Inflatable Roof Tent (usually 20-40kg) plus the weight of the user (recommended to be calculated as 150kg for two people).
Overload risk: Overloading may cause deformation, unstable driving, and even accidents in Car camping tent.
2. Check the roof structure
Whether there is an original luggage rack: Vehicles with original luggage racks are more suitable for installation, otherwise horizontal bars need to be installed first.
Roof material: Vehicles with panoramic sunroof require special care to confirm whether the sunroof can withstand pressure.
Measurement size: Ensure that the size of the Stiff folding tent does not exceed the usable area of the roof, generally not exceeding 80% of the roof length.
3. Preparation of tools and accessories
The required tools usually include: Phillips screwdriver, wrench set, Allen wrench, and torque wrench (important).
Check if all accessories inside the packaging are complete: brackets, screws, washers, anti slip pads, etc.
Prepare silicone sealant (for waterproofing) and anti rust spray (for metal parts).
